Grand Master Carlson Gracie JR visits Turkey once a year. He spends one day of his visit in our seminar where we host participants from all clubs and generations, providing a wide range of training from the original Jiu-jitsu techniques which we call Old School BJJ to current techniques that can be used in MMA.

Our seminar dates are announced on our website and social media channels in January every year. Our teacher also spares a day to prepare the Ground and Pound Istanbul team for the tournaments and to take care of Carlson Gracie Istanbul members one-on-one.
